Sri Lanka visa problem caused by a 'technical issue,' says tourism minister

Sri Lankan Tourism Minister Harin Fernando said 30-day visas, priced at $50. He said the visa was "missed" on VFS Global's website, after the company began processing e-visas for Sri Lanka on April 17, reports CNBC's Monica Pitrelli.
